DisplayNote and Magewell team up to Enhance Meeting Room Flexibility
DisplayNote is an innovative technology company and develops collaborative meeting room software which is now compatible with Magewell. The Displaynote Launcher App facilitates meetings by providing secure and easy access to Zoom calls, Microsoft Teams, and other apps on your meeting room screen. In alliance with Magewell, users can now bring video signals to the Launcher app for more engaging video calls and increased functionality.
The Magewell USB Capture Gen 2 range enables users to easily bring HDMI or SDI video signals into DisplayNote Launcher and meeting software such as Zoom®, Teams®, GoToMeeting®, Skype® and many more. The Magewell video capture dongles feature driver-free installation and instant device detection for a true plug-and-play experience.
DisplayNote Launcher enables users of hybrid meeting spaces to join or start online meetings with just one touch from the Launcher home screen. Users can now select external SDI/HDMI video sources (From the Magewell USB capture HDMI Gen 2 or USB Capture SDI Gen 2) and use this with meeting software such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. This new functionality results in quicker access to tools needed for creating engaging online meetings. The plug-and-play features by Magewell and DisplayNote make it easy for anyone to setup a meeting which also means less time supporting conference rooms by IT admin.
