Magewell Upgrades Pro Capture Linux Driver, Ultra Encode Firmware and Full-text Search Function of Knowledge Base

Dear Magewell partners,

Magewell upgrades the Linux x86 driver of Pro Capture, the firmware of Ultra Encode and the full-text search function of the Knowledge Base. Please see the details as follows.

Pro Capture Linux x86 Driver V1.3.0.4236

What's new:

1. Fix problem: driver installation may fail on an operating system with kernel version 5.8 or above.

Availability:
Driver V1.3.0.4236 for Pro Capture has already been available on Magewell website, users can download at the product pages and Downloads page.

Ultra Encode Firmware V1.3.369
What's new:

1. Fix the problem of occasional reboot/reset failure.
2. Support specifying a domain name for streaming through SRT CALLER, TS over RTP, or TS over UDP.
3. Fix the exceptions that occur when the network changes during streaming through TS over RTP or TS over UDP.
4. Fix other known issues.

Availability: Firmware V1.3.369 for Ultra Encode has already been available on Magewell website, users can download at Downloads page.

You don't have to update your stock. We'll start to use the new firmware in the future productions.

Full-text Search Function of Knowledge Base
We upgrade the full-text search function of Knowledge Base, as long as the article contains the word you searched, titles of the article will come out.
